Madigan Library Change Location

The library has 2 rooms available for reservations: LIB213 and LIB221. You can reserve either room on this page or the page for the room.
Before you book, please review these terms and conditions:

  • One (1) reservation per student within a 48-hour period. Only current students may reserve the rooms.
  • Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to your PCT email.
  • A user will be considered a "no-show" if they do not check-in at the Main Circulation desk within the first 15 minutes of the booking start time. "No-show" bookings will be canceled.
  • Users are responsible for any study space reserved.
  • The library is not responsible for personal items left unattended.
  • Please leave the space clean.  If, upon entering the room, it is not clean, please alert library staff right away.
  • Return the room key by the end of your reservation time.
Note: Reservations beginning at 4pm in LIB221 may not be available until 4:30pm due to previously scheduled meetings.  You will receive an email if the start time of your reservation will be moved to 4:30pm.
